Please read this page together with any campaign proposal, invoice or driver-partner terms that apply to your engagement with AdsRoute.
These terms explain the general conditions for participating in the AdsRoute Driver Network. Specific earnings, incentives or equipment arrangements communicated during onboarding form part of the applicable driver-partner agreement.
1. Application and eligibility
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. AdsRoute may verify relevant driver, vehicle and operating information before onboarding. Participation may depend on vehicle suitability, required documents, regular operation in supported areas and compliance with programme requirements.
2. Screen installation and ownership
For eligible partners, AdsRoute installs the advertising screen without an installation charge unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unless expressly transferred in writing, AdsRoute equipment remains the property of AdsRoute or its designated owner. Drivers must not sell, pledge, open, rewire, relocate, tamper with or intentionally damage the equipment.
3. Normal vehicle operation
Driver partners should continue their normal lawful driving activity and are not required to follow a special advertising route unless separately agreed. The screen must remain securely installed while the vehicle participates in the programme. Safety, traffic laws and passenger welfare always take priority.
4. Faults, maintenance and removal
Screen faults, damage, theft or installation issues should be reported promptly to AdsRoute. AdsRoute or an authorised technician may inspect, repair, replace or remove equipment by arrangement. A driver leaving the programme must cooperate with reasonable equipment-removal or return arrangements.
5. Earnings, rewards and referrals
Any earnings, incentives, referral benefits or loyalty rewards are subject to the programme communicated at onboarding and may have eligibility conditions. Website descriptions do not create a guaranteed minimum income or permanent entitlement.
6. Advertising content
Advertising content is managed by AdsRoute. Driver partners are not responsible for creating campaign content and must not replace, obstruct or independently alter scheduled content on the screen.
7. Location and device monitoring
The current Driver Network does not promise or require continuous GPS tracking through the driver application. If AdsRoute later introduces location-enabled hardware, telemetry or additional monitoring, affected partners will be informed about its purpose and applicable data practices before it is used.
8. Suspension or exit
AdsRoute may pause or end participation where equipment is misused, programme requirements are repeatedly breached, required vehicle eligibility is lost, or continued participation is not operationally feasible. Any outstanding eligible amount and equipment-return obligations will be handled according to the applicable onboarding terms.
9. Support and contact
Driver partners can contact AdsRoute through the official WhatsApp number shown on the website or by email at adsroute1@gmail.com. If programme-specific written terms conflict with this general webpage, the signed or expressly accepted programme-specific terms will govern.
