1. About AdsRoute
AdsRoute is operated by Vyolve Private Limited. The website describes our advertising network, campaign options, driver-partner programme and planned future formats. A format marked planned, future or coming next is not represented as currently available.
2. Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting a website form, sending a WhatsApp message or requesting a proposal does not create a confirmed campaign. A booking is confirmed only after AdsRoute accepts the campaign and the applicable commercial requirements in the proposal or invoice are completed.
3. Pricing and availability
Website prices and packages are intended to help you understand available campaign structures. Screen inventory, dates, locations, taxes, production work, creative requirements and final commercial terms are confirmed before booking. AdsRoute may update website pricing or packages prospectively.
4. Advertiser creative and approvals
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that submitted logos, images, videos, claims, trademarks and other materials may lawfully be used. AdsRoute may reject or request changes to creative that is unlawful, misleading, technically unsuitable, unsafe, discriminatory, infringing or inconsistent with applicable advertising standards or our network requirements.
5. Campaign delivery and reporting
AdsRoute will use reasonable efforts to deliver the campaign described in the accepted proposal. Advertising performance can be affected by traffic, passenger behaviour, vehicle operation and other factors outside our control. Unless expressly stated in writing, we do not guarantee impressions, attention, enquiries, footfall, sales or any particular business outcome.
6. Website content and intellectual property
The AdsRoute name, branding, website design and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view the website for normal personal or business evaluation, but may not reproduce, scrape, republish or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other third-party services are provided for convenience. AdsRoute does not control those third-party platforms and their own terms and privacy practices apply.
8. Limitation and applicable terms
To the extent permitted by law, AdsRoute is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website. Campaign-specific responsibilities, remedies, cancellations and payment obligations are governed by the accepted proposal, invoice and applicable policy. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
